Refund policy

Returns & refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, squishies that have been played with can't be returned unless defective.
• To start a return, email support@squishpuddle.com with your order number. We'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns; we cover it when the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Damaged or defective on arrival: send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you. No need to send it back.
