Welcome to SquishPuddle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of squishpuddle.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

SquishPuddle is an online shop based in the United States that sells slow-rising squishy toys. You can reach us at support@squishpuddle.com or through our Contact page.

Orders and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work, including our 30-day guarantee.

Product information and safety

We do our best to describe and photograph each product accurately, but colors and small details may vary slightly between batches and screens. Our squishies are toys, not food: they must not be eaten or placed in the mouth. Always follow the age guidance and warnings printed on the packaging, and supervise young children during play. Stop using a toy that becomes torn or damaged.

Accounts and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, submit false reviews or information, or infringe anyone's rights.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you give SquishPuddle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove submissions that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

Intellectual property

The SquishPuddle name, logo, Puddles mascot, site design and original copy are owned by SquishPuddle and may not be copied without permission. Product names and character descriptions are our own; SquishPuddle is not affiliated with or endorsed by any video game publisher.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquishPuddle's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SquishPuddle operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
