• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
• We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including P.O. boxes.
• If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors, then contact us at support@squishpuddle.com and we'll help.
